Police: 30-year-old man shot in the leg near 107th and Hampton

MILWAUKEE (WITI) — Milwaukee police are investigating a shooting that has occurred near N. 107th Street and Hampton Avenue on Wednesday evening, October 8th.

It happened just before 5:30 p.m.

Police say a 30-year-old Milwaukee man told them he was walking down the street when he was approached by two individuals in a black Saturn four-door vehicle.

Police say the suspects shouted at the victim and both began to shoot.

The man suffered a minor gunshot wound and was taken to the hospital for treatment.
