MILWAUKEE (WITI) -- The owners of the updated Brown Bottle Restaurant in Milwaukee offered a tour on Tuesday, November 11th.
The restaurant is set to reopen next Monday, November 17th.
The Brown Bottle Restaurant is located in the basement of the Schlitz Park Office Complex.
The restaurant first opened in 1938 as a meeting place for visitors at the end of brewery tours. It has been closed since 2004.
The restaurant's chef says the menu will feature old world pub fare as a nod to its history. The restaurant will also feature vegan, vegetarian and gluten-free options.
