PRECIOUS! Wife's Disney-themed pregnancy surprise brings husband to tears!

A mother-to-be captured a beautiful moment on camera -- the moment her husband found out he is going to be a dad.

Erika Jackson posted the video to YouTube.

Erika says before she knew she was pregnant, she planned out how she would tell her husband Jacob he would soon become a dad.

Erika purchased a print of the house from Disney's "Up" sitting atop Paradise Falls -- saying in the video description "we love all things animation."

On the back of the photo, Erika wrote a poem for her husband. This, after he wrote her a children's book when he proposed.

The poem is as follows:

ADVENTURE IS OUT THERE!
I KNOW THIS TO BE TRUE
ALL MY GREATEST ADVENTURES
HAVE ALWAYS BEEN WITH YOU

ADVENTURE IS OUT THERE!
YOU ALWAYS MAKE IT SO
WHENEVER INHIBITION FINDS ME
YOU REMIND ME TO LET GO

ADVENTURE IS OUT THERE!
AND IT WILL ALWAYS BE
NOW THAT THE TWO OF US
ARE SOON BECOMING THREE!
