BUSTED: Two charged after confidential informant buys $100 worth of meth in Plymouth

PLYMOUTH (WITI) -- Two people have been charged in connection with a meth bust in Plymouth. They are 46-year-old Frank Stone and 25-year-old Clayton Kimme -- both of Plymouth.

Stone faces one count of delivery of meth as party to a crime/possession with intent to deliver or distribute a controlled substance near a park, and maintaining a drug trafficking place.

Kimme faces one count of delivery of meth as party to a crime/possession with intent to deliver or distribute a controlled substance near a park.

A criminal complaint filed in this case says in April, an investigator with Sheboygan County Sheriff's Department's drug unit set up a controlled buy involving a confidential informant in which the informant was to purchase $100 worth of meth from Frank Stone at his home on East Main Street in Plymouth.

The confidential informant was fitted with a wire and video recording device.

The complaint says the informant went into the home, and was advised the individual with the meth would be arriving shortly. That individual was identified as Clayton Kimme.

The informant was able to leave the residence with $100 worth of meth, according to the complaint. Investigators tested the substance the informant obtained, and the test came back positive for meth.

The complaint indicates Stone's residence is within 1,000 feet of the Plymouth Ice Shack Park.
