MADISON, Wis. (AP) — Police have arrested a 19-year-old Madison man after he allegedly threatened a Tennessee couple with a fake gun.

WISC-TV reports a 22-year-old woman told police she was leaving a Madison Walgreens late Wednesday evening when she saw a man hovering near her car and pointing an object at her boyfriend in the front seat. Police say the object had a laser and the man pointed it at her as she approached. She dared him to shoot her and the man left.

Police arrested him nearby a short time later. The man talked about blowing up the city and stated he kills police officers.

Police say the object turned out to be a lighter with an attached laser that looked like a functional gun.

She is lucky he didnt have a real gun and shoot her. Who says. “Please shoot, i dare you?” Not the words i would use.

The “gunman” also told the man that he wasn’t afraid of white people. It looks like he targeted the victims because they were white. This hate crime will get very little attention, and Dane County’s DA will be soft on the criminal because he has different sets of standards based on race.

Ya and I doubt any of Milwaukee’s stations will report on that fact because they are all so democratic and pro-black. Pretty pathetic when local stations are the racist ones and only report white-on-black crime and not the other way around.
