Three people shot, wounded in two separate shooting incidents

MILWAUKEE (WITI) -- Milwaukee police are investigating a double shooting that happened near 6th and Vine early Sunday, January 4th.

The victims were attending a party when an altercation broke out shortly before 12:30 a.m.

Two women from Milwaukee were shot and wounded. The first, a 20-year-old, suffered a serious gunshot wound.

The second victim suffered a non life-threatening wound. Both were taken to a hospital for treatment of their wounds.

Meanwhile, police are investigating a second shooting that occurred near 38th and Rohr just after 12:30 a.m. Sunday.

The victim, an 18-year-old male from Milwaukee, told officers he was shot by an unknown subject who fired at him from a moving vehicle. He was taken to a hospital by a friend -- and is being treated for a non life-threatening wound.

    Milwaukee sure has it’s hands full with thugs shooting everyone up, very sad. Really need to stop plea bargains in court and lock these crazy people up for a long time so as they can not REPEAT and hurt others.

    Perhaps if one were to be profoundly adamant towards the inevitable redundancies occurring sanctimoniously, allowable remunerations that are endeavoring in the cruelest paradigms would juxtapose the severity admonished by this ptoleryyzing relinquishment!!
