MILWAUKEE (WITI) -- A new restaurant just off Water Street in downtown Milwaukee is shaking up street tacos. "Vagabond" just opened last month -- and is basically bringing your taco truck indoors. Matt Schmidt of "Vagabond" joined the Studio A team to show what's being offered.
