RACINE (WITI) -- Chip hangs in downtown Racine to learn all snow sculpting as he previews the 25th annual Wisconsin State Snow Sculpting Championship. The championship will be held at Monument Square, in Downtown Racine from January 9th through January 11th. The Big Chill is quickly becoming the state's premiere snow festival due to their highly successful snow and ice carving events of the past few years. Click here to learn more.
