Racine police seek clues in armed robbery of gas station

RACINE (WITI) -- Racine police are investigating an armed robbery that happened at a Citgo Gas Station on Douglas Ave. just before 2 p.m. on Wednesday, January 7th.

Officials say the suspect entered the location, displayed a handgun and demanded money. He took off with an undetermined amount of money.

The suspect is described as a partially masked male, white, in his early 20s, approximately 6’ with a thin build, wearing all black.

Nobody was hurt -- and there are no suspects are in custody at this time.
