Police seek suspects who fled Delavan Verizon store with wallet, electronic merchandise

DELAVAN (WITI) — Delavan police are looking for the individuals responsible for the theft of electronic merchandise from a Verizon store on E. Geneva Street.

It happened back on November 22nd, 2014 shortly before 10:30 a.m.

Police in the area where able to arrive at the store within about a minute — but the suspects had already fled the store.

An investigation revealed two males had entered the store — one of them displaying a handgun. They left the store with an employee’s wallet and an undetermined amount of electronic merchandise from the store.

The males are described as having dark complexions. One was wearing a hood over his head, and the other had very short hair.

Police are reviewing surveillance video and interviewing witnesses.
