Only in Wisconsin! Truck carrying 40,000 pounds of cheese overturns in Washington County!

VILLAGE OF JACKSON (WITI) -- Wisconsin State Patrol officials say a truck carrying a large load -- 40,000 pounds of cheese overturned on Highway 45 in the Village of Jackson Wednesday evening, February 4th.

It happened on Highway 45 southbound near Highway 60. The on-ramp to Highway 45 southbound and the right lane were blocked off following the incident.

The rollover was reported shortly before 8:00 p.m.

It is expected crews will have to unload the cheese from the truck affected and load it onto another truck. Then, they'll have to turn the affected truck upright, and get it off the roadway.

It is unclear whether anyone was injured.
