PENNSYLVANIA (WITI) — A high-profile arrest warrant has been issued to Punxsutawney Phil — better known as the famous groundhog.

Phil was last seen February 2nd, better known as Groundhog Day.

The groundhog is now under fire for seriously under-predicting how much of winter is really left.

Pennsylvania Governor Tom Wolf issued a statement saying the police should “drop their cold hearted plan to arrest Phil.”

For now, investigators suspect he is holed up underground. Although, they do hope he comes out soon.
