Nicki Minaj tour member fatally stabbed outside Philadelphia bar, second tour member critically injured

PHILADELPHIA (AP) — A Nicki Minaj tour member fatally stabbed outside a Philadelphia bar has been identified as a New York City man.

A second tour member was critically injured in the early Wednesday stabbing in the city's West Oak Lane section.

Minaj says on Twitter the two tour members had flown into the city for rehearsals two days earlier.

Police have identified the one who died as Bronx resident Devon Pickett. The identity of the other victim hasn't been disclosed.

Police say a fight began when a man started arguing with the victims inside the bar and pulled a knife once they got outside.

Minaj says the tour member who died was a "great guy" and she's "So sad."

Minaj's tour begins March 16 in Europe. The rapper is known for such hits as "Anaconda" and "Bang Bang."
