21-year-old Waterford man charged with sexual assault of 13-year-old girl at underage party

RACINE COUNTY (WITI) -- The third man in connection to an alleged sexual assault of three underage girls, has been identified as 21-year-old Stone Hudson.

Hudson has been charged in connection to the sexual assault of three girls, ages 12 and 13 that occurred in the Village of Waterford. Two other underage boys involved have been identified as 17-year-old Michael Schleicher of Rochester, and 17-year-old Nicholas Colburn of Waterford.

According to the criminal complaint, on Friday, February 13th, Hudson attended an underage party where he admitted to purchasing liquor that was served at the party and supplied marijuana to Colburn.

Hudson further stated that the three girls at the party all stated that they were 13-years-old, and that they were "drinking but not smoking marijuana."

On February 17th, according to police, one of the underage girls told police Hudson was intoxicated while at the party and attempted to "kiss on the girls." The girl stated that another underage girl asked Hudson whether he would leave her alone if she let him kiss her, and Hudson agreed.

In the criminal complaint, the girl said that Hudson kissed the other underage girl attending the party and inappropriately groped her breast.

Hudson has been charged with 1 count of second degree sexual assault of a child, and 5 counts of contributing to delinquency-acts.

Both 17-year-old boys, Schleicher and Colburn, are both facing felony charges of sexual assault.
