CHARGED: Seven accused in cocaine, heroin distribution ring operating in Milwaukee
MILWAUKEE COUNTY (WITI) -- A drug-dealing organization that operated from Chicago to Green Bay is significantly gutted. This, after police seized kilos of cocaine, large quantities of heroin, and more than $100,000 in cash.
"This was a significant drug organization," said Bob Fletcher, Deputy Chief of the West Allis Police Department.
That organization involved seven people who were led by Francisco Chavez-Reynoso. According to the criminal complaint, he was arrested near his home. Inside the home and locked in a safe were two semi-automatic pistols, 36 grams of heroin, 55 grams of cocaine and another 67 grams of an unknown white powder believed to be a cutting agent.
"You look at the amount that's been seized and it has put a dent in the drug problem that we have here," said Fletcher.
The West Allis Police Department led the investigation that began in February 2014. Law enforcement's work resulted in six arrests including Claudia Sandoval and her son, Luis. Others are said to be involved in a Mexican posse street gang. They include: Adam Villodas, Tudi Montejano, Wally Flores and Jesse Voit. Irving Pedroza is charged with misdemeanor marijuana possession.

"They were definitely an organized group of individuals who were trafficking drugs," said Fletcher.
The complaint goes on to say West Allis police were aided by the Milwaukee High Intensity Drug Task Force or HIDTA.
"When you're talking about getting an agency like HIDTA involved which is a multi-jurisdiction task force, you`re talking about individuals who are moving or are trying to deal significant quantities or major quantities of a drug," said Fletcher.
In a news release, Milwaukee County District Attorney John Chisholm said the following:
“These cases once again demonstrate the value of the collaborative work constantly demonstrated by law enforcement professionals in this community. Investigations and prosecutions that reach the primary offenders distributing large amounts of potentially deadly drugs into our community can and do have a meaningful impact on the neighborhoods in which we live.”
Defendant 28-year-old Adam Villodas has a warrant for his arrest from this matter. Anyone with information about his whereabouts should contact law enforcement immediately.
