VACAVILLE, Cali. (WITI) — No charges will be filed against Green Bay Packers cornerback Jarrett Bush — after an incident at a restaurant and bar in Vacaville, California early on Sunday, March 1st.

Police were dispatched to Evelyn’s Big Italian Restaurant for a report of a large fight. When officers arrived, they found a large gathering of people outside the restaurant. Most of the crowd was quickly dispersed.

Officials say one person in particular, Jarrett Bush, refused to leave and continued to create a disturbance. He was taken into custody for public intoxication. However, officials say Bush was cooperative with police after being detained. Therefore, no charges were filed against Bush — and he was released a short time later.
