Three accused of sexually assaulting 12, 13-year-old girls at party plead not guilty

RACINE COUNTY (WITI) -- The three people charged in connection with the sexual assault of three girls, ages 12 and 13 during an underage drinking party in the Village of Waterford, pleaded not guilty Wednesday, March 4th.

Those charged include:

Schleicher faces a felony charge of repeated sexual assault of the same child (at least three violations of first or second degree sexual assault).

Colburn faces a felony charge of first degree sexual assault – sexual contact with a person under the age of 13.

Hudson has been charged with one count of second degree sexual assault of a child, and five counts of contributing to delinquency-acts.

A criminal complaint filed in this case says Racine County Sheriff’s officials spoke with the mother of a 13-year-old girl who had admitted to being at an underage drinking party where she engaged in sexual intercourse with 17-year-old Schleicher. The alleged party occurred Friday, February 13th at Nicholas Colburn’s home in the Village of Waterford.

Sheriff’s deputies spoke with the 13-year-old girl. She reported that Colburn made her and her friends drink a vodka-based drink in order to get into the party. The girl told officials she had sex with Schleicher, and her friend, who is 12 had sex with Colburn, according to the complaint.

The 13-year-old girl was taken to the hospital for an examination.

At the hospital, investigators spoke with the 13-year-old girl. She told them that she met Colburn on Facebook — saying he sent her a message saying she was “cute” and that they should “hang out,” according to the complaint. The complaint indicates Colburn and the 13-year-old girl had been communicating for approximately four months, and they had met a few times.

Sheriff’s officials say the girl told them on February 9th she got a message from Colburn inviting her and her friends to a party at his home on February 13th.

The 13-year-old girl, the 12-year-old girl and a third girl, age 13 agreed to attend.

The girl told officials that there were about seven other people at the party, but she says when she told them her age, a number of people became upset and left the party, according to the complaint.

Stone Hudson also attended the underage party where he admitted to purchasing liquor that was served at the party and supplied marijuana to Colburn. Hudson further stated that the three girls at the party all stated that they were 13-years-old, and that they were “drinking, but not smoking marijuana.”

The complaint indicates Colburn provided two of the girls with a large martini glass filled with vodka mixed with something orange — telling them they had to drink it without making a face in order to remain at the party. At this point, the only ones left at the party were the two 13-year-old girls and the 12-year-old girl — and Schleicher, Colburn and Hudson.

The 13-year-old girl told investigators the group watched a horror movie, and that’s when she and Schleicher had sex. At the same time, the girl told officials the 12-year-old girl was having sex with Colburn, according to the complaint.

On February 17th, according to police, one of the underage girls told police Hudson was intoxicated while at the party and attempted to “kiss on the girls.” The girl stated that another underage girl asked Hudson whether he would leave her alone if she let him kiss her, and Hudson agreed.
