MILWAUKEE (WITI) — Milwaukee’s Century City Business Park is getting a new tenant.

Benson Industries will lease the former Talgo Incorporated building.

The lease, which is expected to last at least 15 months will bring 40 workers to the vacant, city-owned industrial building on Milwaukee’s northwest side.

Benson will assemble aluminum and glass curtain walls for Northwestern Mutual’s downtown office tower project.

Those wall segments will be shipped by truck to the downtown project site.
