PARMA, Ohio (WITI) -- Several employees were injured during a brutal attack at a Chuck E. Cheese in Ohio on Sunday night, March 8th.

Just after 7:00 p.m., a woman attending a birthday party at the Chuck E. Cheese on Ridgewood Drive in Parma, Ohio, complained to the manager because the photo booth was not working, Police Sgt. Kevin Riley told WJW. The manager told the woman she would have to wait.

Surveillance video shows some of the people from the party following the manager into the kitchen. Parma police said the manager's life was threatened. He suffered injuries to his face and head as he was beaten.

When employees tried to intervene, several men joined the brawl.

"Half of them were cheering him on. The other half were screaming. Their children and grandchildren were running around while we were fighting and they don’t know what’s going on and there’s blood everywhere," employee Andre Davis told WJW.

Employees called 911, saying two coworkers were covered in blood.

"I saw several people fighting and punching," one worker told 911 dispatchers. "A customer was assaulting my managers."

One employee told police her phone was knocked out of her hand and she was hit in the face when she tried to call 911.

Riley said this wasn’t a fight, but a vicious attack on the employees. According to Chuck E. Cheese corporate office, six injured employees were taken to an area hospital where they were treated and released.

"We are anxious to bring these individuals to justice and are actively working with Parma police to provide information that will lead to their arrest," a Chuck E. Cheese spokeswoman said in a statement on Monday. "We are deeply saddened that individuals would choose to behave in this manner in front of children and families."

The attackers fled before officers arrived. Police said they believe five men from the party participated in the assault that happened in the kitchen and dining room.

And this is how we folk teach our kids. Such a good example and great way to keep the trend going. I have no sympathy for this race. YOU REAP WHAT YOU SOW! so don’t tear our cities apart cuz a good cop shoots dead one of your deviant, felonious, deadbeat thugs! It’s unbelievable the audacity and nerve you people have to protest in violence police shootings. CLEAN UP YOUR ACT and maybe you’ll get some respect.

“This race” does not need your phucking sympathy. And further more, there are bad actors in every race. There are many successful, educated, respectful, law abiding, tax paying black men and women so you can take your 2 cents and shove it right up your a$$
