This tragedy was going to happen and will continue to happen in the City of Milwaukee. For years I have witnessed horrific driving on the NW side. There are too many “thug” drivers who are either suspended, revoked or don’t have a license at all. MPD can’t chase. Milwaukee judges give them a free pass…..a sort of “sanctuary” for “scum” under the pretense that they need to get to work. This poor man paid the price for this. Shame on the judicial system in this city.

Hey Mark, I guess the demographics changed in this case. According to a witness at the scene, this “Thug” was a white guy! Probably high on heroin or whatever other drugs you trailer trash use. Probably just scored some good dope from his dealer in Milwaukee and was heading back out to his trailer in Greendale. I’m sure he was located outside waiting for his dealer to come out and provide another hit.
