In-person absentee voting underway in city of Milwaukee: Election Day Tuesday, April 7th

MILWAUKEE (WITI) -- Next Tuesday, April 7th is Election Day, and Milwaukee County Clerk Joseph Czarnezki wants to let Milwaukee residents know they can vote now by casting an in-person absentee ballot.

If you live in the city of Milwaukee, you can vote in-person absentee by casting your ballot at Milwaukee City Hall -- 200 E. Wells Street, Room 501 from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.

In-person absentee voting is not available on the weekends.

In-person absentee voting ends at 5:00 p.m. on Friday, April 3rd.

There are many important contests on the April 7th election ballot, including Justice of the Wisconsin Supreme Court, Circuit Court Judge, and many local offices such as school board, county board and other municipal offices.
