MILWAUKEE (WITI) — Funeral arrangements have been set for Archie Brown — the 40-year-old man shot and killed after he hit two-year-old Damani Terry with his van, killing him. Witnesses report Brown was distraught and crying after hitting the child. He is said to have exited his van — going over to the child to try to help him. Shortly thereafter, he was shot and killed.

A fund has been established in Brown’s honor — the Archie Ray Brown Memorial Fund. Donations are being accepted at any Associated Bank branch. The money will help the family cover funeral costs.

Don’t you mean that BROWN’S brother was also shot and killed? You wrote in the article that Terry’s 15 year old brother was killed. Terry is the 2 year old that got got hit with the van. Why would someone shoot him and the 2 year old Brother? I could be wrong but it would only make sense if someone got mad at Brown for hitting Terry then shooting him and his passenger.

No, Fox 6 is correct. The little boy’s brother was the other victim. No one knows why he was shot too.
