CAPTURED: Search for a fugitive with a drug habit: U.S. Marshals on the hunt for Arthur Grover

MILWAUKEE (WITI) -- U.S. Marshals are looking for 47-year-old Arthur Grover.

Grover was convicted in 2008 of felony strangulation and suffocation.  He served five years in prison and was released on parole in 2013.  U.S. Marshals say he disappeared a short time later.

U.S. Marshals say Grover has a serious drug problem, specifically with heroin and cocaine.  They believe Grover is staying with people he meets on the street.

In March, U.S. Marshals say Grover was staying with a man at Calvary Gardens on Chambers.  They say Grover took money and food from the man, then beat up another man in the building's lobby.

Grover is 5'08'' and weighs 200 pounds.  He has tattoos of 'AMD 4Life' on his neck, a dagger on his right arm, and 'Lola' on his left arm.  U.S. Marshals believe he's on the north side of Milwaukee.

Anyone with information on his whereabouts should call U.S Marshals at 414-297-3707.
