Waukesha police: Convicted sex offender to be released, live in home on Moreland Boulevard

WAUKESHA (WITI) -- Waukesha police are alerting neighbors about a registered sex offender set to be released.

Police say 48-year-old Clarence Russell will live at 1356 E. Moreland Boulevard.

Russell has previously engaged in sexual intercourse with a 15-year-old female runaway, and a prior conviction involved Russell sexually assaulting a three-year-old member of his household.

Russell has served his prison sentence and will be living in the home on E. Moreland Boulevard under Department of Corrections Supervision. Russell will be a life registrant with the Wisconsin Sex Offender Registry and will be submitting to face-to-face registration with law enforcement.  He is to have no unsupervised contact with minors, he cannot visit taverns, bars and liquor stores, he is to have no contact with victim and is not to purchase/possess or consume alcohol or illegal drugs.

He is to comply with sex offender rules and will be on G.P.S. monitoring while under supervision.
