Spotlight on infertility: Studio A talks with an expert to learn about options

MILWAUKEE (WITI) -- The CDC says 6.7 percent of women between the ages of 15 and 44 have impaired fertility. That's about 11 percent of the entire female population.

In addition, six percent of married women are unable to have a child after a year of trying. That's considered an infertility issue -- and it's important to have it checked out early.

Dr. Ellen Hayes, a reproductive endocrinologist with Aurora Health Care joined the Studio A team on Tuesday, April 28th to talk more about infertility and options available for women.
