Milwaukee Fire Department responds to duplex fire that displaces four

MILWAUKEE (WITI) — Milwaukee Fire Department responded to a two story duplex fire at 2100 W. Lincoln Avenue that displaced four people.

The fire was called in at 8:10 p.m. on Friday, May 8th.

Authorities say the fire was on the first floor of the duplex. Crews had the fire under control within 10 minutes after it started.

One person sustained a minor injury, but it’s unclear if that person was a resident of the duplex or not.

Milwaukee Fire Department says no other buildings were damaged by the fire.
