Shorewood students raise money for earthquake victims in creative way

SHOREWOOD (WITI) -- Some students at a school in Shorewood are helping earthquake victims in Nepal.

The kids at Atwater School  were allowed to wear a hat to class -- but they had to pay a dollar. The students ended up raising $593 through their efforts.

Atwater School is also planning some future fundraisers to bring in more money for the victims of the earthquakes.
