"It will take a very long time to clean up:" Unusual graffiti discovered in Sheboygan parks

SHEBOYGAN -- Police are investigating extensive graffiti found at Evergreen and Quarry Park in Sheboygan.

The graffiti occurred during the evening/overnight hours of Thursday, May 28th and Friday, May 29th. Graffiti was found at Evergreen Park, located at 3000 Calumet Drive -- and the Quarry, located at 3403 Calumet Drive.

Authorities say they do have some leads on possible suspects responsible for the graffiti.



The Sheboygan Department of Public Works spent Friday, May 29th cleaning up the graffiti, but say they only have about 5% of it finished.

"It will take a very long time to clean up," said a Sheboygan officer.

The Sheboygan DPW will be cleaning Saturday, May 30th as well.

Sheboygan police are seeking the public's help in identifying the individual(s) who may be responsible for the extensive graffiti.
