Tails on the Trail: Hank leads the way as dogs & their families run/walk for Wisconsin Humane Society

MILWAUKEE -- It was a pup-filled Veterans Park Sunday, June 14th for the Wisconsin Humane Society's third annual "Tails on the Trail" event.

The 5K run and one-mile walk is a fundraiser for the Wisconsin Humane Society.

Dogs and their families took part -- with none other than Hank the Ballpark Pup leading the way.

After the run/walk, there was live music, an agility course, a doggy fashion show and more.

The event ran from 10:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. Sunday -- and all proceeds benefit the animals cared for at the Wisconsin Humane Society -- the largest and oldest shelter in the state.
