Grilled Hanger Steak with Chimmichuri sauce

  • 1.5 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • juice of 2 limes
  • 1.5 cup chopped parsley
  • 8 cloves garlic
  • 2 shallots
  • 2¬†tablespoons each chopped basil, thyme and oregano
  • salt and pepper to taste
