Pop-up restaurant “Amilinda” will soon open in a permanent space on Wisconsin Avenue

MILWAUKEE — A popular pop-up restaurant FOX6 News told you about back in March is getting a permanent address.

The Portugese and Spanish-influenced restaurant “Amilinda” will open on East Wisconsin Avenue.

The plan is to have an opening day party on July 18th, with dinner service starting on July 21st.

The restaurant had been temporarily serving dinner inside the National Cafe on National Avenue.

The restaurant’s owner say in that time, they tested the market, established a staff and built a following.
