Milwaukee police: Three shot, injured in three separate shooting incidents

MILWAUKEE — Milwaukee police are investigating three separate shooting incidents that occurred late Wednesday night, June 24th into early Thursday morning, June 25th.

The first shooting occurred around 10 p.m. in the 2700 Block of W. Hadley.  Police say a 43-year-old man from Milwaukee suffered a minor injury during an altercation with an unknown subject.

The victim was then transported to the hospital by a friend where he received treatment for his injury.  Police say their investigation into this matter is ongoing.

The second shooting occurred near 40th and Courtland around 11:55 p.m. Police say one man was injured and taken to the hospital, where he underwent surgery Thursday morning.

So far, no arrests have been made.

The third shooting incident occurred near Palmer and Burleigh just before 1 a.m. Police tell FOX6 News that a man is being treated at the hospital. There’s no word on how severe his injuries are.
