NFL: Packers defensive end Datone Jones suspended without pay for one game

GREEN BAY -- The NFL has suspended Green Bay Packers defensive end Datone Jones for violating the NFL "Policy and Program for Substance Abuse."

Jones has been suspended without pay for the first game of the 2015 regular season.

The Packers face the Chicago Bears at Chicago on September 13th.

Jones will be eligible to return to the Packers' active roster on September 14th.

He is eligible to participate in all off-season and pre-season practices and games.
