Lissie previews performance ahead of debut at Turner Hall Ballroom on “Road to Ragbrai Tour”

MILWAUKEE -- "Lissie" is making her debut at Turner Hall Ballroom in Milwaukee on Tuesday evening, August 4th. The show is part of Lissie's U.S. solo tour, called the "Road to Ragbrai Tour."

Ragbrai is an annual bike ride across Iowa that Lissie will be taking part in during the tour.

Lissie grew up in Illinois -- and started in music playing acoustic guitar and "singing from the heart," as she says on her website. She says "it's only fitting that I sing my way back to the heartland solo!"

The gig at Turner Hall Ballroom is the first of the August tour dates for Lissie. She played six dates in July:

July 11 – Los Angeles @ Troubadour
July 12 – San Francisco @ The Chapel
July 14 – Salt Lake City @ Urban Lounge
July 15 – Denver @ Bluebird Theater
July 16 – Omaha @ The Waiting Room
July 27 – Chicago @ Lincoln Hall *No presale. Public onsale begins 5/8*

August 4 – Milwaukee @ Turner Hall Ballroom
August 5 – Minneapolis @ Varsity Theater
August 7 – Nashville @ 3rd & Lindsley
August 8 – Atlanta @ Terminal West
August 9 – New Orleans @ The Parish at House of Blues
August 11 – Austin @ The Parish
