One person suffers minor injuries in crash involving vehicle, moped at Highway 100 & Beloit Road

GREENFIELD — Greenfield police on Tuesday, August 4th were called out to a crash involving a vehicle and a motorized scooter (moped) near Highway 100 and Beloit Road.

It happened around 4:30 p.m.

Police say the operator of the motorized scooter (an adult man) was taken to the hospital with minor injuries.

The circumstances surrounding this crash remain under investigation.

Traffic wasn’t affected by this crash, as officials were able to move the vehicles involved into a nearby parking lot.

The female driver of the vehicle and the operator of the motorized scooter were the only people involved in this crash.
