At least he survived. We still have a chance at NOT being No.1 for murder rate in the USA this year. Compton, CA only has 36 this year so far, Newark, NJ is at 112, St. Louis, Mo has 120, New Orleans is pretty strong with 156 and Detroit is holding on to No.1 with 318!!! Are we in good company Mr. mayor?
