MILWAUKEE -- You've heard it before -- breakfast is the  most important meal of the day -- but when you're on the go, it's sometimes easier to just grab a piece of toast or a bagel.

Metro Market registered dietitian Tatiana Castellino joined Studio A Tuesday, August 25th with some simple switches you can make in order to ensure a more healthful breakfast.

Some examples:

  • English muffin with ricotta cheese
  • Apple
  • Whole wheat toast with avocado
  • Plain yogurt with fruit
  • Peanut butter and jelly sandwich
  • Bran cereal with skim milk and berries
