MILWAUKEE -- For many, it's a Thanksgiving tradition that's just as important as turkey and stuffing. Jeff Graves joins Real Milwaukee to tell us all about the upcoming Drumstick Dash.

The second annul Drumstick Dash 5K is coming up on Thanksgiving, Thursday, November 26.  It starts at 8:30 at Miller Park.
The race is open to all ages and will benefit Feeding America Eastern Wisconsin.  In 2014 nearly 2500 pounds of food and more than $9000 were donated to provide nearly 30,000 meals to families facing hunger in eastern Wisconsin.

Nicole Hengels of Performance Running Outfitters also joined the show to talk about everything you need to know to train for a 5K.
