Bank robbed: Police seek suspect after incident at Franklin branch of WaterStone Bank

WaterStone Bank branch robbed

FRANKLIN — Franklin police are investigating a robbery at the WaterStone Bank branch near Highway 100 and Speedway Drive.

It happened around 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, September 29th.

Police say an unknown suspect entered the bank and demanded money.

The suspect fled the scene prior to officers’ arrival, and police say that suspect was able to get away with an undetermined amount of cash.

No one was hurt.

The Milwaukee County Sheriff’s Office’s K-9 unit assisted with a search for this suspect.

The investigation is ongoing.
