MILWAUKEE — There is a new complaint against Meijer for selling items below cost — and this complaint is coming from Woodman’s.

Woodman’s has made the complaint to the state’s Department of Agriculture, Trade & Consumer Protection.

The complaint includes photos of bulk coffee priced on sale for $4.98.

It is one of several filings claiming the Michigan grocery company is breaking the law by pricing certain items below cost.



The state has sent Meijer a warning note and is looking into the other complaints.

    I love Meijer! I’ve been shopping at this store for 30 years. I am so glad they followed me to Wisconsin…finally. : )
