"We took immediate action:" Placemats with ad space to benefit Racine choir trip raise eyebrows

RACINE -- A high school choir in Racine was looking to raise some money, but they also managed to raise some eyebrows!

The choir at Racine Horlick High School is raising money to pay for a trip to Nashville, so they got businesses to purchase ad space on a placemat.

On Wednesday, September 30th, FOX6 News received a tip from a concerned citizen about one of those ads.

In the bottom left hand corner of the placemat is an ad for a Pure Romance vendor. If you're not familiar, Pure Romance is a company that hosts in-home parties and sells adult novelty items.
