MILWAUKEE -- A rare peek inside! Folks got the chance to see the inner workings of the Milwaukee Bucks while getting up close and personal with meet and greets and more at the 3rd Annual Bucks Fan Fest.

As the whistle blows, it's the start of practice for the Milwaukee Bucks and the beginning of a thrilling day for fans on Saturday, October 3rd.

"We are so excited just about having a great team," said Shamika Johnson, Bucks fan.

Thousands of fans packed the BMO Harris Bradley Center for the annual event.

"It's amazing to be this close and see them like that," said Shannon Uhrig, Bucks fan.

Sideline and baseline seats got fans in the midst of the action as the team scrimmaged.

"Right now, it's a little bit breathtaking to be honest," said Uhrig.

Folks of all ages were in awe.

"I love the Bucks," said Elias Blank, Bucks fan.

Some even got to be on the court alongside their favorite player during shooting contests.

"With a lot of new faces on the team and a lot of young guys it's just good for them to have that opportunity to meet with fans directly. Shows them what they are out here doing it for and for fans to make that connection with players. Fans get to get autographs, photos with the players, get to play video games against their favorite players. Really fun family friendly afternoon of free entertainment and opportunity to see them back on the court," said Vice President of Marketing for the Milwaukee Bucks, Dustin Godsey.

New court, new uniforms and a new attitude. The day was even a boost for players like John Henson.

"It feels great. I haven't felt this much energy and buzz since I've been here for a short time," said Henson.

"I hope it revs them up for opening game," said Johnson.

The Milwaukee Bucks season home opener is October 28th. Folks are hoping Fan Fest gives the team the support and momentum it needs to pull off a winning season.
