The driver of the striking vehicle is a 44-year-old Mount Pleasant man.

He was not injured, and is cooperating with investigators.

We’re told the intersection near Highway 20 and Sunnyslope Drive is a dangerous one because there is no clear crosswalk and traffic speeds through quickly.

Investigation is ongoing at this time with the assistance of the Wisconsin State Patrol Reconstruction Unit.
