Remembering a hero: Funeral arrangements set for Airman Quinn Johnson-Harris

MILWAUKEE -- Funeral arrangements were released on Tuesday, October 13th for Quinn Johnson-Harris, one of six American airmen and five civilians who were killed after a military plane crash in Afghanistan.

The U.S. military says the Air Force C-130 cargo plane went down early on Friday, October 2nd at Jalalabad Airport, about 80 miles from Kabul.

A visitation will be held for Johnson-Harris on Saturday, October 24th from 1 p.m. until 2 p.m. at Christian Faith Fellowship (8633 W. Good Hope Rd.) in Milwaukee. The funeral will be held immediately following the visitation.

Johnson-Harris will be interred at Arlington National Cemetery.



Johnson-Harris was a 2012 graduate of Homestead High School. Those who knew him say he was a good student and stellar football player.
