MILWAUKEE — A four-year-old boy who was struck by a vehicle when he ran into the street near 37th and North Ave. in Milwaukee has died. The child was pronounced dead late Friday morning, October 16th at Children’s Hospital of Wisconsin.

The accident happened last Saturday afternoon, October 10th. Authorities say a 40-year-old woman was driving when she struck the boy.

After the accident, the driver stayed on the scene. Police say she cooperated and was not arrested.
