In court on Friday, November 6th, Parr's mother asked for the lowest possible bond for David Parr, so that he could attend his brother's funeral. Bond was set at $75,000.

The victim in this case is 22-year-old Dylan Pickard.

Police say he was in the car Parr was driving last Wednesday night.

According to the criminal complaint, while sitting in a rescue squad with Parr, an officer could "smell the odor of intoxicants" coming from Parr, and observed "glossy eyes and slurred speech."

In court on Wednesday, November 11th, a judge ruled there is enough evidence for Parr to stand trial in this case.

Parr will next be in court on December 11th for a pre-trial hearing.
