27-year-old man arrested & charged in armed robbery at Loomis Petro Mart, two others sought

MUSKEGO -- A 27-year-old man has been arrested and charged in connection with an armed robbery that occurred at the Loomis Petro Mart on December 22nd.

The accused is Donald Counter, who was charged on January 4th with one count of armed robbery, and one count of misdemeanor bail jumping.

Muskego police on December 30th, acting on an anonymous tip, executed search warrants in Franklin and Muskego -- and took Counter into custody.

Counter will be in court in this case on January 13th for his preliminary hearing.

The Muskego Police Department is continuing to work to identify two other suspects in this armed robbery.

They may remain anonymous, and may be eligible for a reward of up to $1,000 offered by CrimeStoppers of Waukesha County.
