MILWAUKEE — Wisconsin’s top federal defender says the defense for a Milwaukee man accused of plotting to attack a Masonic temple will examine the conduct of FBI informants ahead of his arrest.

Samy Mohammed Hamzeh

Daniel Stiller says his office doesn’t yet know anything about Samy Mohammed Hamzeh’s case beyond a criminal complaint.

Federal authorities said Tuesday, January 26th Hamzeh was arrested, accused of plotting to attack a temple and that he bought machine guns from two undercover FBI employees.

The criminal complaint includes several statements allegedly made by Hamzeh in Arabic.

Stiller says the translations “don’t read like spoken words” and the defense will likely focus on the accuracy and completeness of translation from Arabic. He also says they will look at what the FBI informant was “contributing to the dialogue.”

Defense attorneys in similar sting cases in the past have accused investigators of effectively steering a suspect into plotting attacks they might not have done on their own.

How they get weirdo’s to do stuff for them:
Have FBI or CIA OR just let it happen organically…. OR
    1. Find some crazies..Islamic or black/brown preferred, give them drugs with or without them knowing, like Pill Cosby.
    2. Tell them when and where to commit their crazy sht, while partying with them etc etc…do drugs
    3. Give them new weapons and a bunch a ammo, some weekend before a grill out….after you give them more drugs
    4. hype them up psychologically to follow through with their “goal”…each time you see them….give them a “chill pill”
    noun: Islamophobia
dislike of or prejudice against Islam or Muslims, especially as a political force.
“Let the fear flow through you” goooooood, goooooood be scared of ALL Muslims…..Gooood.
This is just a FEAR BOOSTER….stay scared and racist!!!

Throughout the FBI’s history, informant numbers have been closely guarded secrets. Periodically, however, the bureau has released those figures. A Senate oversight committee in 1975 found the FBI had 1,500 informant [15]s [15]. In 1980, officials disclosed there were 2,800 [16]. Six years later, following the FBI’s push into drugs and organized crime, the number of bureau informants ballooned to 6,000, the Los Angeles Times reported [16] in 1986. And according to the FBI, the number grew significantly after 9/11. In its fiscal year 2008 budget authorization request [17], the FBI disclosed that it had been working under a November 2004 presidential directive demanding an increase [18] in “human source development and management,” and that it needed $12.7 million [19] for a program to keep tabs on its spy network and create software to track and manage informants.
University of California-Berkeley’s Investigative Reporting Program [98], headed by Lowell Bergman, where Trevor Aaronson [1] was an investigative fellow. The Fund for Investigative Journalism [99] also provided support for Aaronson’s reporting. Lauren Ellis [100] and Hamed Aleaziz [101] contributed additional research. Just sayin’
