It happened again: Police investigate second armed robbery of delivery driver in two days

RACINE -- Racine police are investigating the second armed robbery of a delivery driver on Olive St. in the last two days.

The latest incident happened late on Wednesday, February 17th. Officers responded to Olive and Virginia Streets around 10 p.m. in reference to an armed robbery of a China House delivery driver.The driver stated he was making a delivery in the neighborhood when he was approached by a single suspect who displayed a handgun, took money, and fled.

The suspect is described as a male, black , approximately 17 years old, with unknown clothing.

The first armed robbery of this kind occurred on February 16th and involved a Pizza Hut delivery driver. That suspect was described as a male, black, approximately 20-25 years old, about 5' to 5'5", wearing a black hooded sweatshirt.

The suspects in both robberies were armed with what appeared to be a handgun.
