MILWAUKEE — The last underdeveloped corner of N. Water Street and E. Pleasant Street is set for a new project.

A developer is working to buy a two-story brick house at Jefferson and Pleasant to combine it with a grassy area next door.

The area is on the eastern edge of the Park East Corridor.

The combined new development site would wrap around the existing Shorewest Realtors office building on Water Street.

According to Shorewest, that office is busy and will stay open.
